  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will inform you and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will apply.
  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing or technical errors
    • Suspected fraudulent activity
    • Incorrect shipping information
  • If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India. International shipping may be available on request.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999 (subject to change).
  • Delivery delays due to courier issues, natural events, or public holidays are beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. CK Oswal is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Innerwear, accessories, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or call +91-7905265579.
  2. Share your order ID, product photos, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup (where available).

Refund:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or request a return as per our return policy.
